Dulquer Salmaan’s much-awaited fantasy thriller ‘I Am Game’ is gearing up for a grand theatrical release. Following the blockbuster ‘Loka Chapter 1: Chandra’, the film is the latest production from Wayfarer Films. Directed by Nahass Hidayath, who shot to fame with the superhit ‘RDX’, the movie has already generated considerable buzz with its promotional content.
Leading production and distribution house Annapurna Studios is releasing ‘I Am Game’ across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on September 3. Ahead of the theatrical release, the makers hosted a grand pre-release event in Hyderabad, with visionary filmmaker Nag Ashwin attending as the chief guest. Dulquer Salmaan and the film’s cast and crew were also present at the event.
Dulquer Salmaan: ‘I Am Game’ Is the Biggest Film I Have Made as a Producer
Speaking at the pre-release event, Dulquer Salmaan said, “Hello everyone. ‘I Am Game’ is the biggest film I have made as a producer. When I was speaking to Netflix and Amazon, they told me that the film looks like a big Telugu production. There is an element in this film that will definitely surprise all of you.
“The love Telugu audiences show towards their heroes is impossible to describe in words. Whether it is Chiranjeevi garu, Mahesh Babu garu, Prabhas garu or Allu Arjun garu, audiences cheer whenever their names are mentioned. That is the way Telugu audiences celebrate cinema.
