“The Film Explores How Far an Ordinary Man Can Go to Protect His Family” – Trivikram Srinivas

The excitement surrounding Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47, starring Victory Venkatesh and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas, reached a new high at the film’s grand pre-release event held at Shilpakala Vedika in Hyderabad on Tuesday evening.

Produced by S. Radha Krishna (Chinababu) under the prestigious Haarika & Hassine Creations banner, the film features Srinidhi Shetty as the female lead, with Nara Rohith and Nivetha Pethuraj in pivotal roles. Thaman S has composed the music.

Bringing Venkatesh and Trivikram together after a gap of 20 years, the film has generated considerable buzz among audiences. The teaser, trailer and songs have received an encouraging response, further raising expectations. Promising a wholesome blend of family emotions, comedy, suspense and thrilling moments, Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47 is set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 30, arriving in theatres ahead of the Diwali festivities.

Victory Venkatesh: “Aadarsha Kutumbam Will Definitely Win Your Hearts”

Addressing the gathering, Victory Venkatesh expressed his happiness about reuniting with Trivikram Srinivas after two decades and spoke confidently about the film.

“It has been 20 years since Trivikram and I worked together on a film. Naturally, there is a certain amount of pressure when deciding what kind of story to choose after such a long gap. After films like Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari, finding the right script is always challenging. However, Trivikram came to me with a wonderful story that has all the right elements.

“This is not just a comedy entertainer. The film brings together thrills, suspense and a wide range of emotions. I was delighted when I heard the story because it blends all these elements beautifully.

“I have acted in several family entertainers, but Aadarsha Kutumbam is very special to me. At the heart of the film is a simple thought: no matter what happens, I must protect my family. I will stand by them and do everything possible to safeguard them. I am confident that audiences will connect with this emotion.

“The love and affection of my fans have always been my greatest strength. I am deeply grateful to them. Just as our Indian cricketers are hitting sixes, we are going to hit sixes right out of the stadium with this film! The film has come out exceptionally well.

“My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has worked on this project, especially director Trivikram and producers Chinababu and Naga Vamsi, for giving us such a wonderful film,” he said.

Trivikram Srinivas: “Family Is a Deep, Everlasting Well That Quenches Our Thirst”

Director Trivikram Srinivas delivered an emotional speech, reflecting on his long association with Venkatesh, the contributions of the cast and crew, and the central theme of family relationships.

He began by expressing his gratitude to music director Thaman S for strengthening the film’s emotional impact through his background score.

“No matter how beautiful a photograph or painting may be, it needs a wall on which to be displayed. Thaman has been that wall for this film, supporting its emotional and visual strength through his background score. We completed the background score early this morning.

“I did not know how to express my gratitude to him. So, while he was speaking, I went and stood behind him. I cannot communicate through music the way he does, so I tried to express my feelings through a simple gesture by placing my hand on his shoulder,” he said.

Trivikram then recalled how Venkatesh played an important role in shaping his career as a writer.

“My journey as a writer began with Venkatesh garu’s Pavitra Bandham. In many ways, he taught me my first lessons. During Pelli Chesukundam, he encouraged me even though he barely knew who I was.

“When I narrated the story of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav, I still do not know what gave him so much faith in me. As soon as I finished narrating it, he shook hands with producer Ravi Kishore garu and director K. Vijaya Bhaskar garu and told them that we were going ahead with the film, regardless of what anyone else said. That moment changed the course of my career, and I will always remain grateful to him.

“That support continues even today. During the background-scoring sessions, Venkatesh garu would sit with us for four to five hours every evening, encouraging both Thaman and me. His presence gave us tremendous energy.”

Speaking about the contributions of the technical team and cast, Trivikram praised fight choreographer Kevin Master for his work on the interval sequence and acknowledged the dedication of choreographer Bhanu Master and lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry.

He also expressed his appreciation for Srinidhi Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj and Satya, highlighting their commitment and performances.

Explaining the film’s central idea, the director said, “Family is something we are given; we do not choose it. We have no control over the parents we are born to, the town we grow up in or the home we belong to. These relationships come to us. Friends, however, are people we choose. Love is something we seek, pursue and fight for, sometimes even at the cost of our lives.

“This film revolves around the family and relationships we are born into. It tells the story of four people—Chittibabu, Swarna, Sampoorna and Sarva—and the lengths they go to protect their family. How far can an ordinary person go when pushed to the limit? That is the central question of Aadarsha Kutumbam.”

Trivikram further reflected on the importance of family values in a world increasingly affected by greed, desire and conflict.

“Even today, we see these tendencies around us. In a world filled with such challenges, family remains one of the few enduring sources of support. If those bonds also fall apart, what purpose remains for people to live for? That is why I deeply value family relationships and family values, and why I continue to tell stories about them.

“Some wells never run dry, no matter how much water is drawn from them. Family is like such a well—deep, sweet and capable of quenching our thirst and satisfying our deepest emotional needs. Families, their joys, struggles, fears, problems and solutions are all wonderful subjects to explore. And who is better suited to bring these stories to life than Venkatesh garu, the very embodiment of family entertainers?

“Family, too, can be a Padmavyuha. Do we enter it like Abhimanyu, unable to find our way out, or do we enter like Arjuna and emerge victorious? That is what this film explores.”

Concluding his speech, Trivikram also expressed concern for the people of Andhra Pradesh amid severe cyclonic conditions and prayed for their safety and well-being.

Srinidhi Shetty: “Working with Trivikram Is a Blessing”

Srinidhi Shetty expressed her happiness at being part of the project and thanked the producers and director for the opportunity.

“Aadarsha Kutumbam will be released on October 30, and I sincerely hope audiences watch and enjoy the film. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of this project.

“I dubbed for myself because I wanted my performance to sound as natural as a Telugu girl on screen. I am delighted to be part of a film produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations. Chinababu garu and Naga Vamsi garu have been extremely supportive.

“I consider the opportunity to work under Trivikram garu’s direction a blessing. I would certainly encourage my fellow actors to work with him. Venkatesh garu has been admired by audiences for decades, and I learnt a great deal from him during the shoot,” she said.

Thaman S: “This Is a Film of Words, Not Just Songs”

Music director Thaman S said working with the celebrated combination of Venkatesh and Trivikram was a dream come true.

“I had been eagerly waiting for the combination of Venkatesh garu and Trivikram garu. I have loved their films since Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. Working on a film featuring this combination has been a dream come true.

“This is not merely a film of songs; it is a film of words. I have always admired Trivikram garu’s dialogues. Aadarsha Kutumbam is going to be something fresh and different. We have created a new kind of background score to suit the film, and seven more tracks are yet to come. I am confident that they will impress audiences.

“Producer Radha Krishna garu never compromises on quality and constantly encourages us. Venkatesh garu is incredibly energetic and motivates everyone around him. I strongly believe that Aadarsha Kutumbam will emerge as a grand success,” he said.

Thaman also recalled observing Trivikram’s creative brilliance during his early days as a music programmer under Mani Sharma for Athadu. He credited his association with Trivikram, particularly through Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, with bringing a new chapter to his professional journey.

Nivetha Pethuraj: “Every Day on the Sets Felt Like a Holiday”

Nivetha Pethuraj described her experience working on Aadarsha Kutumbam as memorable and enjoyable.

“Every day on the sets felt like a holiday. I always wanted to return to the shoot, and the entire team maintained such a positive atmosphere. I consider myself fortunate to be part of this film.

“Venkatesh garu is not only a great actor but also a wonderful human being. It was a pleasure sharing screen space with him, and Thaman has delivered excellent music.

“This is my second film with Haarika & Hassine Creations. Trivikram garu gave me my first opportunity with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which brought me considerable recognition. I am sincerely grateful to Trivikram garu and Chinababu garu for giving me this opportunity,” she said.

Brahmaji: “Speaking Trivikram’s Dialogues Is a Privilege”

Actor Brahmaji spoke about his long association with Trivikram and the experience of working on his films.

“I have acted in almost all of Trivikram garu’s films. Shooting for his films is always a lot of fun, and being able to deliver the dialogues he writes is a privilege for any actor. I have been fortunate enough to experience that privilege.

“Regardless of how many hits he delivers, Venkatesh garu remains humble and composed, like a sage. Producer Chinababu garu has always supported me. I hope everyone watches and enjoys this wonderful film when it releases on October 30,” he said.

A Star-Studded Pre-Release Celebration

Popular anchor Suma hosted the event, keeping the audience entertained throughout the evening. Actors Rajitha, Satya, Udaybeer Sandhu, Yuvina and Raj Prajwal, lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry, choreographer Bhanu Master, fight choreographer Kevin Master and several other members of the cast and crew attended the celebration and extended their best wishes to the team.

With the much-loved combination of Victory Venkatesh and Trivikram Srinivas, a story rooted in family bonds, a blend of emotions and entertainment, and Thaman S’s music, Aadarsha Kutumbam – House No. 47 is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on October 30.
