Susheal Yoga Studio Celebrates 2026 Graduation Ceremony in Hyderabad
Yoga plays a vital role in promoting mental well-being, physical vitality, a healthy lifestyle, and inner peace, said internationally renowned senior yoga instructor and trainer Susheal Jain. He was speaking at the grand graduation ceremony held at Susheal Yoga Studio in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, on Thursday, where students who successfully completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course were awarded certificates.
The ceremony marked a significant milestone for the graduates as they prepare to embark on their journey as yoga teachers. The programme celebrated their dedication, learning, and commitment to sharing the benefits of yoga with a wider community.
The 200-hour training programme provided students with comprehensive knowledge of yoga practices, teaching methodologies, human anatomy, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. The course was designed to help participants develop the skills, confidence, and understanding required to guide others in their yoga practice.
Founded by Susheal Jain, an experienced international yoga instructor and trainer, Susheal Yoga Studio aims to make traditional yoga knowledge accessible to people from diverse backgrounds while encouraging a healthy, peaceful, and balanced lifestyle.
Jain holds an MBA and previously worked as a financial analyst at Amazon. He began practising yoga in 2002 and started teaching in 2009. In 2016, he made the significant decision to leave his corporate career and dedicate himself full-time to yoga. Since then, he has been committed to sharing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga with people across the globe.
Through his extensive travels across India and abroad, Jain has conducted yoga training programmes in several international destinations, including Bali and Europe. In addition to training aspiring yoga instructors, he regularly conducts workshops and yoga retreats to deepen people’s understanding of the discipline.
His teaching encompasses various styles, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Aerial Yoga, along with pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy.
At Susheal Yoga Studio, the focus extends beyond physical postures and teaching techniques. Jain encourages students to develop a deeper connection with themselves, understand the traditional principles of yoga, and incorporate its teachings into their everyday lives. The studio provides a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes personal growth, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
The studio has also attracted students from different countries and across age groups, strengthening its presence as a yoga and wellness centre in Hyderabad. Senior student Rizwana Kareem, who has been practising Aerial Yoga for the past four years, highlighted the diverse community of learners who come to the studio to enhance their knowledge and practice of yoga.
Jain emphasised that the studio places special importance on mental resilience, personal development, and overall health and well-being. The initiative seeks to nurture not only skilled and confident yoga instructors but also individuals who can inspire others to embrace yoga as a way of life.
The 2026 batch graduates who received their certificates included Rizwana Kareem, Anushka, Bhawana, Aparajitha, Sneha, Vijay, and Himanshu, among others.
Madhuri, Madhulika, Pooja, Nishith Badrigoud, and several other guests attended the graduation ceremony along with family members in large numbers, making the occasion a memorable celebration of learning, achievement, and the enduring values of yoga.
The ceremony marked another important step in Susheal Yoga Studio’s mission to develop knowledgeable and confident yoga teachers while taking the timeless wisdom and benefits of yoga to a broader audience.
