Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s much-awaited pan-India sports-action spectacle Peddi, directed by the National Award-winning filmmaker Buchi Babu Sana, is racing toward the finish line with production entering its final leg. Originally slated for a March 27 release, the makers have strategically locked April 30 as the new worldwide theatrical release date, perfectly positioning the film to capitalize on the peak summer holiday season. With additional time in hand, the team is all set to unleash a massive promotional blitz in the coming weeks.
The newly unveiled release-date poster presents Ram Charan in a never-before-seen, rugged, and intensely massy avatar. Sporting long, untamed hair, a thick beard, and a striking nose ring, the star’s piercing gaze dominates the frame as he emerges from a dense crowd of weary, battle-scarred faces. Set against a smoky and chaotic backdrop, the poster powerfully evokes themes of struggle, rebellion, and raw emotion, instantly amplifying anticipation.
Peddi has already struck gold with its promotional material. The first glimpse, first-look posters, and the blockbuster single “Chikiri Chikiri”, composed by the legendary AR Rahman, have taken social media and digital platforms by storm. The song has crossed an astounding 200 million views, continuing its record-shattering run and keeping the film firmly in the spotlight.
