‘Peddi’ Is the No.1 Film in My Career – Ram Charan
Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s most-awaited pan-India sports action drama Peddi is creating massive buzz across the country. The film has already impressed audiences with its striking glimpse, two chartbuster songs, and a powerful theatrical trailer. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the movie is being produced prestigiously by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. Peddi is all set for a grand worldwide release on June 4, with special premieres planned on June 3.
As part of the promotions, the makers organized a grand musical event titled Peddi Ki Awaaz in Bhopal, where the film’s third single “Hallalla Llo” was officially launched. Music maestro AR Rahman and his team delivered a spectacular live performance, while thousands of fans attended the event, making it a memorable celebration.
Speaking at the event, Ram Charan expressed his gratitude to the people of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh. He said beginning the promotions of Peddi from Bhopal felt very emotional to him. Calling Peddi much more than just a sports film, Ram Charan described it as the story of a man fighting for his identity and dreams. He said the emotional journey in the film would deeply connect with audiences and inspire them.
Ram Charan stated, “This is a film that will make audiences want to watch it again and again. We made this movie with immense love, dedication, and hard work. Though I have done many films in my career, Peddi will always remain the number one film in my personal film library.”
He also thanked director Buchi Babu Sana, producer Satish Kilaru, co-stars Janhvi Kapoor, Divyenndu, Ravi Kishan, and especially music director AR Rahman for being the biggest strength behind the film. He promised fans that the Peddi success celebrations would also be held in Bhopal.
Janhvi Kapoor shared her excitement about being part of the film and called it an honor to work alongside Ram Charan. She praised his dedication, honesty, and commitment toward cinema, saying his performance in Peddi would leave audiences amazed. She also appreciated AR Rahman’s music and Buchi Babu Sana’s vision for taking the film to another level.
AR Rahman expressed happiness about working directly on a Telugu film after a long time. He revealed that Buchi Babu Sana’s narration and passion for the story deeply impressed him. Rahman also praised Ram Charan for elevating the songs with his extraordinary dance and screen presence, saying every movement of the actor had gone viral.
Actor Ravi Kishan described Peddi as a deeply emotional and inspiring story about a young man rising from the soil to achieve his dreams. He stated that some scenes in the film moved him to tears while dubbing and confidently predicted that Ram Charan could win a National Award for his performance.
Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Vishvas Sarang appreciated the makers for organizing the grand event in Bhopal and wished Peddi a huge success. He also invited the team to shoot future projects in Madhya Pradesh.

Actor Divyenndu Sharma said Peddi was a very special film for him as it marks his introduction to Telugu cinema. He thanked audiences for their love and promised that the movie would offer powerful entertainment.
Producer Venkata Satish Kilaru emotionally recalled his connection with Bhopal, saying he had spent nearly five years in the city after completing engineering. Calling Madhya Pradesh his second home, he said the entire team worked passionately on Peddi for over two years and promised audiences a grand theatrical experience packed with emotions, action, and entertainment.
