Plot
Divya (Regina Cassandra) is a highly knowledgeable archaeologist. Her help is sought by the Nalgonda police department in a murder case. The murder is reported in a dense forest in the district. Regina helps police uncover a series of murders in the investigation. The rest of the story is about who’s the killer, how is all this connected to the lead role and other aspects.
Performances
Regina Cassandra plays a dual role in the film. She did well in both roles. Her performance complements the plot and makes audiences intrigued. Vennela Kishore excelled in his role. His comedy timing in scenes with Regina makes audiences burst into laughter several times in the theatre. Jayaprakash who also plays a double-role performed well. Thagabothu Ramesh is seen on screen after a long time. His comedy in the first half is good.
Analysis
The first half of the story is decent with comedy and intriguing detailing of the plot. Writer and director Caarthick Raju chose an outdated concept. The film begins to let you down in the second half even though the first half is engaging. The makers could have reworked the second half to make it as interesting as the first half of the film. The plot turns routine towards the end and one can easily guess what happens next. The music is not up to the mark and the cinematography is ok.
