Mythri Movie Makers, a Telugu production house, has secured a spot on the prestigious FC-Ormax Power List for Production Houses in 2024, making them the sole Telugu representative on the list. Founded in 2015, Mythri Movie Makers rose to prominence within a short span of nine years.
Their debut film, Srimanthudu, was a blockbuster success, followed by a hat-trick with Janatha Garage and Rangasthalam. The production house continued its winning streak in 2023 with Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy, starring Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna respectively, which became massive commercial hits during the Sankranti festival.

Beyond commercial success, Mythri Movie Makers has also garnered critical acclaim with national-award-winning films like Pushpa and Uppena. Pushpa, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, was a pan-India phenomenon, and fans eagerly await the sequel, Pushpa 2. Demonstrating their ambition for pan-Indian appeal, Mythri Movie Makers has ventured into other film industries. They are set to make their Bollywood debut with a film starring Sunny Deol, directed by Gopichand Malineni. Additionally, they entered the Malayalam market with Nadikar and are now venturing into Kollywood with Ajith’s upcoming film, Good Bad Ugly. Further expansion plans into other languages are also in the works.
