Koyyalamudi Rakesh Re-Elected as Telugu Television Federation President
The Shramika Panel registered a sweeping victory in the elections of the Telugu Television Digital & OTT Technicians and Workers Federation, held at the Federation office in Sri Krishna Nagar. While 20 candidates from the panel were elected unanimously, Koyyalamudi Rakesh (Nani) was re-elected as President for a third consecutive term, and Putta Vijay Kumar secured the post of General Secretary with an impressive 95% of the votes.
The victory marks another milestone for Rakesh and his team, who have once again earned the trust and confidence of thousands of television workers across the industry.
Addressing the media after the election results, Federation President Koyyalamudi Rakesh (Nani) expressed his gratitude to the members for their overwhelming support. He said the Federation currently represents nearly 7,000 members across 24 departments, and the newly elected committee remains committed to strengthening the welfare of every worker.
Highlighting one of the Federation’s key welfare initiatives, Rakesh announced that if any registered member unfortunately passes away, the Federation will provide an immediate financial assistance of ₹1 lakh within one hour to support the bereaved family. He emphasized that the welfare and security of workers will continue to remain the organization’s top priority.
The elections were conducted under the supervision of TV Adhoc Committee Chairman P. Murali and Vice Chairman B. Mohan Raju, while High Court Advocate K.V.L. Narasimha Rao served as the Chief Election Officer, ensuring a smooth and transparent election process.
