‘Idupu Kayitham’: Srilatha Single Out Now
Hero Priyadarshi’s upcoming Telugu film “Idupu Kayitham”, produced by Bunny Vas under the banners of Sukumar Writings and Bunny Vas Works, has generated interest with the release of its first single “Srilatha.” The song is now available and is winning attention for its refreshing romantic mood, Telangana-rooted flavour, and the natural chemistry between the lead pair.
Starring Priyadarshi in the lead role, the film introduces actress Naga Durga as the female lead. Known for her association with Telangana folk songs, Naga Durga brings a fresh presence to the project. Young filmmaker Vamsi Reddy Dondapati is directing the movie, which is set against the backdrop of a Telangana family and promises to blend entertainment, emotion, and drama.
The first single “Srilatha” is a breezy romantic melody that beautifully captures the essence of young love. The song stands out with its catchy tune and Telangana flavour, while the effortless chemistry between Priyadarshi and Naga Durga adds to its appeal. The lyrical video also gets a visual boost from picturesque locations, including Hyderabad Secretariat and Tank Bund, giving the song a distinctive urban-Telangana feel.
Composer Suresh Bobbili adds an interesting visual element by making an appearance in the lyrical video, showcasing the process of creating the song on location. The adorable dance sequences featuring little girls further enhance the video’s charm.
Alaraju’s playful Telangana-flavoured lyrics perfectly complement the mood of the song, while the soulful vocals by Shankar Babu, Mohana Bhogaraju, Seelam Punnamma, and Bollepogula Subhadra bring warmth and emotional depth to the melody.
The chemistry between Priyadarshi and Naga Durga is one of the major highlights of “Srilatha.” Their natural screen presence and graceful dance moves blend well with the romantic mood, making the song an engaging introduction to the film’s musical world.
Meanwhile, “Idupu Kayitham” is currently progressing with its regular shooting. The makers are planning to bring this entertaining Telangana-based family drama to theatres in a grand manner in the first week of December.
