‘Jayanth and the Gingopen’ First Look Unveiled Grandly on Teachers’ Day

Namo Jayam Productions is producing the upcoming film ‘Jayanth and the Gingopen’, directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Naveen Desaboina. Jayanth plays a key role in the film, while veteran actor Tanikella Bharani will be seen as his grandfather and Satyam Rajesh as a school teacher. Divya Praveen Bolishetty is producing the film.

Marking Teachers’ Day, the first-look poster of ‘Jayanth and the Gingopen’ was unveiled in a special event by Maram Pavithra, a teacher who has been honoured with a National Award. The makers chose the occasion to highlight the film’s strong connection with education, teachers and school life.

Speaking on the occasion, actor Jayanth said, “This is a film with a completely different concept. Along with the issues we face in our everyday school life, the film also explores various aspects of the education system. I believe the audience will connect with the subject and enjoy the film.”

Director Naveen Desaboina expressed his happiness about the project and said, “I feel extremely proud to have made this film. My previous film ‘Latha Bhagavan Khare’ won 32 awards across the country, including the Filmfare Award and the National Award. ‘Jayanth and the Gingopen’, which features Jayanth in the lead role, is a remake of the Malayalam film ‘Philips and the Monkey Pen’. The original was a major success and ran for 111 days in theatres. Its strong family emotions were one of the key reasons behind its success. I am confident that the Telugu audience will also receive our film warmly.”

Actor Satyam Rajesh said, “It is a great feeling to have the first look of a film in which I play a teacher unveiled on Teachers’ Day by Maram Pavithra, a teacher who has received a National Award. I consider myself fortunate to be part of this film.”

Producer Divya Praveen Bolishetty said, “I believe that a school is like a temple and teachers are like gods. That is why we chose to begin our film at a school. We are also starting the promotional journey of our film from here. This project is a matter of great pride for me and my husband Praveen.”

With its focus on school life, education and family emotions, ‘Jayanth and the Gingopen’ promises to offer a meaningful and engaging cinematic experience. The first look has generated curiosity among moviegoers, particularly with its unique subject and promising cast.

The technical crew includes Mohit Kulkarni as music director, Nandamuri Hari Taraka Rama Rao as editor, Andrew Babu as cinematographer, Praveen Bolishetty handling tunes, lyrics and dialogues, and Nani as art director. The film also features Ashish Gandhi, Kasi Viswanath, Tanikella Bharani, Manasa Radhakrishnan and others in important roles.
