Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘I Am Game’ First Single ‘Evare Nuvve’ Out
The much-awaited first single from Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming high-budget fantasy thriller ‘I Am Game’ has been released. Titled ‘Evare Nuvve’, the song has been composed by Jakes Bejoy and crooned by Armaan Malik. The Telugu version features lyrics by Sanare.
The song has been released across multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi, marking a major musical launch for the highly anticipated pan-India film. The Tamil version features lyrics by Vignesh Ramakrishna, while Numan Khokhar penned the Hindi lyrics and Hridaya Shiva wrote the Kannada version. The Kannada track has been sung by Anirudh Suswaram.
Soon after its release, the song has been receiving a positive response from audiences. Its catchy composition and soulful vocals have struck a chord with music lovers, while the track is also gaining traction across social media platforms.
Directed by Nahass Hidayath, known for the blockbuster ‘RDX’, ‘I Am Game’ is being mounted on a grand scale and is touted as one of the most ambitious projects of Dulquer Salmaan’s career. The film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 20, 2026, coinciding with the Onam festive season.
Dulquer Salmaan and Jom Varghese are producing the film. The screenplay has been penned by Sajeer Baba, Ismail Abubakar and Bilal Moidu. The film has already generated considerable buzz following the release of its trailer, which received an impressive response across the country.
Packed with stunning visuals, high-octane action and thrilling chase sequences, the trailer showcased Dulquer Salmaan in a stylish and mass-oriented avatar. His new look and the film’s larger-than-life presentation have significantly heightened expectations among fans and moviegoers.
Shot across more than 100 locations in South India, ‘I Am Game’ is being positioned as one of the biggest Malayalam productions in terms of scale and ambition. Jimshi Khalid is handling the cinematography, while renowned action choreographers Anbariv have designed the film’s high-impact action sequences.
With Jakes Bejoy’s music, spectacular visuals and intense action expected to be among the film’s major highlights, ‘I Am Game’ promises to offer a distinctive cinematic experience.
Adding to the excitement, the film marks Dulquer Salmaan’s 40th movie. The cast includes Antony Varghese, Tamil actor-director Mysskin, Kayadu Lohar, Kathir, Parth Tiwari and Samyuktha Viswanathan in key roles.
Zee Music has acquired the music rights to the film.
Following the success of ‘Lokah’, ‘I Am Game’ is another major production from Wayfarer Films, further raising expectations among Malayalam cinema audiences. The reunion of ‘RDX’ director Nahass Hidayath with Dulquer Salmaan has also become a major talking point.
