The promotional journey of Chennai Love Story, starring Kiran Abbavaram and Sri Gowri Priya, gathered tremendous momentum as the makers hosted a grand musical fest in Tirupati amidst an overwhelming crowd of fans and movie lovers. The highlight of the event was the launch of the film’s third single, “Jigithara”, composed by Melody Brahma Mani Sharma, which received a thunderous response from the audience.
The event turned into a celebration of music, cinema, and emotion, with the cast and crew expressing immense confidence that Chennai Love Story will emerge as one of the most memorable romantic dramas in recent times.

Lyricist Anantha Sriram revealed that the phrase “Jigi Bigi,” famously associated with legendary poet Allasani Peddana, inspired him while writing the song Jigithara. Comparing the film to timeless romantic classics like Geethanjali and Abhinandana, he said that future generations of lyricists may regret not having the opportunity to write for films like Baby and Chennai Love Story.
He praised producer-writers Sai Rajesh and SKN for backing emotionally rich love stories and added that the film presents a rare form of selfless love where the hero expects nothing in return. He also expressed confidence that Mani Sharma’s music will once again leave an unforgettable mark on audiences.
Director Ravi Namburii: “The Conversations Between Steven and Nivi Will Stay With Audiences for Years”
Director Ravi Namburii described Jigithara as one of the most special songs in the film, appearing around thirty minutes into the narrative. He revealed that the team repeatedly listened to the song during production whenever they felt stressed.
Speaking about the lead pair, Ravi said that after twenty days of shooting, he could not imagine anyone other than Sri Gowri Priya as Nivi. He further stated that the emotional conversations between Steven and Nivi would remain in audiences’ memories for years. Confident about the film’s prospects, he assured fans that the release date would be announced soon.

Heroine Sri Gowri Priya expressed her happiness over attending her first film event in Tirupati and called herself fortunate to be part of Chennai Love Story.

Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni described Kiran Abbavaram as an inspiration for aspiring actors and predicted that audiences would admire him even more after watching Chennai Love Story.
He praised Sri Gowri Priya’s dedication, highlighting how she learned Tamil for the role, and applauded Sai Rajesh for creating another emotionally compelling story after Baby. He also credited Mani Sharma for delivering blockbuster-quality music for the project.

Music director Mani Sharma shared an emotional connection with Chennai, where he learned music, established his career, and built his studio.
“Music is present in every corner of Chennai,” he said. “My guru Ilaiyaraaja Garu is one of the city’s greatest gifts. Director Ravi and producers Sai Rajesh and SKN encouraged me to bring the soul of Chennai into the soundtrack through breezy and beautiful melodies.”
He praised the performances of Kiran and Gowri and prayed for the film’s grand success before Lord Venkateswara.

Story writer and producer Sai Rajesh reminisced about his long association with Tirupati, recalling how he spent years listening to music and developing stories while walking its streets.
Comparing the beauty of Tirupati to the beauty of the film, he confidently stated that Chennai Love Story possesses the emotional depth and intensity needed to touch audiences deeply.
“People ask whether another Baby can come from us. Chennai Love Story is that kind of film,” he said. “The interval arrives exactly when you think the film is ending, and the second half is packed with surprises. We won’t let audiences leave the theatre without tears in their eyes.”
He further praised Kiran Abbavaram’s performance and said viewers would instantly fall in love with Sri Gowri Priya’s character, Nivi.
Kiran Abbavaram: “After KA and K-Ramp, Chennai Love Story Will Be a Blockbuster”
The evening culminated with an energetic speech from Kiran Abbavaram, who expressed gratitude to the producers for prioritizing quality and promotions over business considerations.

Speaking about Mani Sharma’s contribution, Kiran recalled the magical impact of the music in Khushi and said he was eagerly waiting to experience the background score of Chennai Love Story in theatres.
He also praised co-star Sri Gowri Priya, calling her performance in a crucial ten-minute sequence in the second half “extraordinary.”
Concluding his speech with confidence, Kiran declared:
“You made KA a super hit and K-Ramp a blockbuster. Standing here at the feet of Lord Venkateswara in Tirupati, I can confidently say that Chennai Love Story will be a blockbuster as well.”
