Story
Love OTP follows the journey of Akki aka Akshay (Aniish), an ambitious young cricketer dreaming of reaching the top level in his career. Determined and disciplined, he avoids distractions—especially romantic entanglements—until life unexpectedly brings two women into his world.
He meets Sana (Swaroopinii), a dedicated software engineer, and Nakshatra (Jahnvika Kalakeri), a physiotherapist. Their entry into his life changes everything, pushing Akki into a vortex of emotions, choices, and confusion.
How this love triangle unfolds, and how characters like Akki’s father Shankar (Rajeev Kanakala), his friend Varun (Natya Ranga), his mother Pramodhini, Nakshatra’s mother Satya (Thulasi), and Sana’s brother Harsha (Chetan Gandharva) influence his journey, forms the rest of the narrative.
Performance
Aniish fits well into the role of a focused sportsman. He effectively portrays Akki’s innocence, determination, and emotional shifts—especially when love complicates his life. His dialogue delivery is natural, and he handles dramatic moments with ease.
Swaroopinii shines as a possessive lover, conveying her intensity through strong expressions and confident body language. Jahnvika Kalakeri brings grace to her role, performing with charm and maturity.
Chetan Gandharva stands out with his impeccable comic timing, delivering laughs whenever he appears.
Rajeev Kanakala and Pramodhini do justice to their roles as supportive parents, adding emotional depth.

Technical Performance
Written and directed by Aniish, Love OTP aims to cater to today’s youth with its modern romantic themes. The first half is engaging, filled with breezy moments, humor, and a smooth narrative flow. This portion sets up the characters and expectations effectively.
However, the second half shifts heavily into emotional drama, reducing the entertainment quotient. The pacing dips, and predictable screenplay moments disrupt the flow. The climax, in particular, feels abrupt and inconclusive, leaving the audience wanting more closure.
Harsha Vardhan K’s cinematography beautifully captures the essence of Bengaluru, presenting the city in a natural and visually appealing manner.
Anand Rajavikram’s music and background score uplift several scenes, adding vibrancy to the youthful tone of the film.
Sharath Kumar’s editing, though decent, could have been sharper—especially in the latter half to maintain momentum.
Dialogues are entertaining in parts, and the production values are solid.
Verdict
Love OTP offers a youthful romantic drama with charming performances and a lively first half. While the second half falters due to pacing issues and an underwhelming climax, the film still manages to deliver a fair share of entertainment for young audiences.
