Comrade Film Factory’s ‘Bapu’ to Release on February 21 via Madhura Audio
The much-awaited Telugu film Bapu, starring senior comedian Brahmaji in the lead role, is all set to hit theaters on February 21, 2024. Directed by Daya and produced by Raju and CH Bhanu Prasad Reddy, this emotional drama is based on real-life events. With the tagline A Father’s Suicide Story, the movie features an ensemble cast including Balagam Sudhakar Reddy, Aamani, Avasarala Srinivas, and Dhanya Balakrishna.
Teaser Launched by Rashmika Mandanna
To amp up the promotions, popular actress Rashmika Mandanna launched the teaser of Bapu on social media, extending her best wishes to the team. The teaser hints at a family-centric emotional drama with a mix of fun and romance. It opens with a deep conversation between Brahmaji and Balagam Sudhakar Reddy about life and death. The teaser also showcases two love stories—one featuring a fresh pair and the other with Avasarala Srinivas and Dhanya Balakrishna. The suspenseful climax adds intrigue, while Sudhakar Reddy’s humorous twist at the end leaves the audience entertained.
The background score by RR Dhruvan enhances the film’s emotional depth. With the title and first-look posters already generating buzz, the newly released teaser has further raised expectations.
Vishwak Sen at the Teaser Launch Event
The teaser launch event at Prasad Labs saw the presence of Mass Ka Das Vishwak Sen as the chief guest, along with producer Madhura Sreedhar, who is distributing the film via Madhura Audio.
