Sriram’s Psychological Thriller ‘The Maze’ — First Look & Title Glimpse Unveiled
Actor Sriram, who won the hearts of Telugu audiences with superhit films like Aadavari Maatalaku Arthale Verule and Okariki Okaru, is gearing up to enthrall viewers once again with his upcoming Telugu film ‘The Maze’. The makers officially unveiled the film’s first look and title glimpse on Thursday, sparking curiosity among movie lovers.
Directed by Dr. Ravikiran Gadale, The Maze is a gripping psychological thriller that ventures deep into the disturbed inner world of a man battling a mental disorder. The film explores intense themes such as memory, perception, identity, and the fragile boundary between reality and illusion, raising the haunting and thought-provoking question — “What is real?”
Sharing insights about the narrative, director Dr. Ravikiran Gadale revealed that the protagonist’s psychological state becomes so intertwined with his real life that he appears to exist in a surreal, dream-like world. At the heart of the story lies a mysterious presence whose true nature remains an enigma until the very end. Whether this presence is a manifestation of the hero’s subconscious, fear, guilt, past trauma, or an actual person linked to his life forms the emotional and narrative backbone of the film.
The film stars Priyanka Sharma and Hrithika Srinivasan as the female leads, with seasoned actors Ajay, Ravi Varma, and Ajay Ghosh playing pivotal roles. The Maze is jointly produced by Uday K. Reddy Palvai and K. Sridhar Reddy (KSR) under the banner Uday Reddy Creations, with KSR also presenting the project.
Backed by striking cinematography by Y.S. Krishna, evocative music composed by Shravan Bharadwaj, and sharp editing by Satya Giduturi and M.R.
