Mythri Movie Makers Unveil Soulful 2nd Teaser of 8 Vasantalu Featuring Ananthika Sanilkumar
After the impactful first teaser, the second glimpse of 8 Vasantalu has now been released, offering viewers a breezy yet emotionally resonant cinematic experience. Produced by top-tier Pan-India banner Mythri Movie Makers, the film is directed by Phanindra Narsetti and stars Ananthika Sanilkumar in the lead role. The film is bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar.
The teaser opens with a visually poetic sequence—Ananthika, soaked in rain, watches Sanjay, a budding Telugu writer who has just arrived in Ooty. Her voiceover beautifully captures his contrasting nature:
“When he writes with love, his words bloom like roses kissed by rain. But when he writes with rage, they strike like grenades with pins unchained.”
As the teaser progresses, it gently reveals the growing bond between the two characters. One particular dialogue stands out:
“Girls prefer someone who wipes away their tears with kindness over someone who only shows rage while holding a sword.”
This line carries a deep emotional resonance and mirrors the sentiments of many women.
The teaser ends with a thought-provoking line from the male lead:
“Love is not a destination to reach, but a journey we are meant to take.”
This perfectly encapsulates the emotional heart of the film.
Visually, the teaser is a treat—every frame feels like a carefully composed painting, rich in emotion and nuance. Phanindra Narsetti’s poignant writing is elevated by Vishwanath Reddy’s evocative cinematography and Hesham Abdul Wahab’s stirring musical score. The film’s high production quality reflects the hallmark of Mythri Movie Makers.
Production design by Aravind Mule enhances the immersive atmosphere, while Shashank Mali handles editing duties. Babasai Kumar Mamidipalli serves as the executive producer.
Ananthika Sanilkumar delivers a standout performance, blending sensitivity and strength in a way that connects deeply with the audience—evoking smiles, empathy, and heartfelt support.
With its fresh tone and emotionally grounded storytelling, 8 Vasantalu promises to be a perfect monsoon watch. The film is slated for theatrical release on June 20th.
