First Episode ‘The Famine We Forgot’ to Stream on YouTube on September 28
The makers of the highly anticipated pan-India film Ranabaali, starring Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna, have announced an intriguing four-part documentary series titled Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth. The series promises to take audiences beyond the film and explore forgotten chapters of history while offering exclusive insights into the world of Ranabaali.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the prestigious Mythri Movie Makers banner, with T-Series presenting the film, Ranabaali is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 16, coinciding with the Vijayadashami festival.
As part of the film’s promotional campaign, the makers have revealed that Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth will be released as a four-episode documentary series on YouTube. The series is designed to offer viewers a deeper understanding of the historical backdrop and themes explored in the film, along with exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses.
The first episode, titled The Famine We Forgot, will begin streaming on September 28. The second episode, The History We Forgot, will premiere on September 30, followed by the third episode, The Men We Forgot, on October 2. The streaming date for the fourth and final episode, The Last Load, will be announced by the makers soon.
According to the film’s team, history often has two sides — one that is told and remembered, and another that remains buried and eventually forgotten. Through Ranabaali: Never Forget The Truth, the makers aim to bring some of those lesser-known stories and forgotten truths back into the spotlight.
