Jr NTR Injured, Advised 6-8 Weeks Rest
Fans of Man of Masses Jr NTR were left concerned after the actor’s team officially confirmed that he had sustained a shoulder injury on Monday evening.
According to an official statement, Jr NTR underwent a detailed medical examination following the injury. Doctors have advised the actor to take complete rest for six to eight weeks to ensure a full and speedy recovery. The team also reassured fans that there is no reason to panic and stated that further updates on his health will be shared at the appropriate time.
As soon as the news broke, social media platforms, especially X, were flooded with messages from fans, celebrities, and well-wishers wishing the star a speedy recovery.
Jr NTR is currently filming Dragon, the highly anticipated pan-India action entertainer directed by Prashanth Neel. It remains unclear whether the shoulder injury will impact the film’s production schedule or result in changes to the ongoing shoot.
This marks the second time the actor has suffered an injury in less than a year. He had previously sustained an injury in September 2025, making this another unfortunate setback during a busy phase of his career.
With senior Telugu stars Nandamuri Balakrishna and Ram Charan also recently recovering from injuries, Jr NTR’s latest health setback comes as another concern for the Telugu film industry.
For now, the priority remains the actor’s complete recovery. Fans are eagerly hoping to see Jr NTR return to the sets of Dragon only after receiving full medical clearance and regaining complete fitness.
