Chiranjeevi Honors TG EAPCET Topper M. Rushi
Megastar Chiranjeevi Garu, admired not only for his cinematic legacy but also for his humility, generosity, and philanthropic spirit, once again won hearts by honouring M. Rushi, a student of Resonance Junior Colleges, Hyderabad, who created history by securing the State 1st Rank in TG EAPCET 2026.
Recognising her extraordinary accomplishment, Chiranjeevi Garu personally congratulated Rushi and appreciated her relentless hard work, discipline, and determination that led to this remarkable milestone. He extended his heartfelt wishes for her bright future and encouraged her to continue striving towards greater success.
For Rushi, meeting Megastar Chiranjeevi had always been a cherished dream. Her parents had motivated her by promising that achieving a top rank would one day bring her face-to-face with her idol. Fulfilling that emotional dream, Chiranjeevi warmly met Rushi and her family and presented her with a brand-new laptop as a token of appreciation and encouragement.
During the interaction, Chiranjeevi was delighted to learn that Rushi aspires to pursue engineering and eventually become an IAS officer. Deeply moved by her ambition and clarity of purpose, he assured the family of his support whenever needed.
“Never hesitate to reach out for anything. Consider me an elder brother and a member of your family. Encourage her to pursue her dreams with confidence,” Chiranjeevi told Rushi’s parents.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Purna Chandra Rao Narra, Managing Director of Resonance Educational Institutions, expressed immense pride in the student’s achievement.
“M. Rushi’s success is not merely a rank; it is a historic milestone that will inspire generations of students, especially young girls. We are extremely proud that Megastar Chiranjeevi Garu personally appreciated and encouraged our student for this phenomenal accomplishment,” he said.
Since the inception of EAMCET in 1986, the examination has remained one of the most prestigious entrance tests for engineering and medical aspirants across the Telugu states. Over the decades, EAMCET evolved into EAPCET, and after the bifurcation of the states, it continued separately as TG EAPCET and AP EAPCET.
For nearly four decades, top ranks in the examination were predominantly secured by boys. Breaking that long-standing pattern, Resonance Junior Colleges student M. Rushi scripted history by becoming the first girl student ever to secure the State 1st Rank in TG EAPCET.
Her phenomenal achievement has brought immense pride and joy to Resonance Junior Colleges, Hyderabad, its faculty, students, and parents, while also standing as a powerful inspiration for aspiring students across the Telugu states.
