“Kingdom Will Be a Huge Success with Venkateswara’s Blessings” – Vijay
Among the big-budget Telugu films currently in production, Kingdom stands out as a major one. Starring Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role, the film also features Satyadev and Bhagyashree Borse in key roles. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, Kingdom is being prestigiously produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios.
Set for release on July 31, Kingdom has already generated huge buzz among audiences. The teaser and songs released so far have garnered an excellent response. Most recently, the theatrical trailer was launched in a grand event held on the evening of Saturday, July 26, at Nehru Municipal Grounds in Tirupati.
The trailer gives audiences a strong sense that another massive hit is about to be added to Vijay Deverakonda’s list of successes. Speaking at the trailer launch, Vijay Deverakonda said:
“For the past year, I’ve been thinking deeply about Kingdom. One thought keeps coming back to me—if Lord Venkateswara of Tirupati walks beside me, I’ll surely achieve greatness. As always, I’ve given my heart and soul to this film. Director Gowtam, music director Anirudh, producer Naga Vamsi, and heroine Bhagyashree Borse—everyone has put in their utmost effort. We’re still working hard even now. With Lord Venkateswara’s grace and your blessings, I believe this film will be a grand success. Let’s meet in theaters on July 31.”
Lead actress Bhagyashree Borse expressed:
“Even though I’ve done just one film so far, I’m truly grateful for the love you’ve shown me. Director Gowtam has crafted Kingdom brilliantly. I’m glad to have gotten the chance to play such a key role. Vijay Deverakonda is incredibly dedicated to his craft. Soon, audiences will see his hard work come to life on screen. Anirudh has given extraordinary music. Despite handling multiple films, producer Naga Vamsi puts great care into each one. I hope Kingdom, releasing on July 31, touches all your hearts and earns a special place within you.”
Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi added:
“Kingdom is the result of two and a half years of hard work. Gowtam and I collaborated on Jersey in 2018, which went on to win a National Award. This story is something Gowtam has passionately developed over the past five years. It’s been in production for the last two and a half years. We are bringing Telugu audiences a fresh action-gangster drama. What you’ve seen in the trailer is just a sample. Everything Vijay Deverakonda fans have missed over the past four to five years—that intensity will be fully present in this film. The same intensity you saw in Vijay’s eyes in Arjun Reddy will be seen here. Gowtam and I have given 100% effort to give Vijay a powerful vehicle. I hope everyone comes to the theaters on July 31 and supports us.”
The trailer makes it clear that Kingdom offers not just intense action but also strong emotional drama built around the relationships between characters. Vijay plays the role of Surya, and Satyadev appears as Shiva. Their interactions and confrontations are gripping and add emotional depth to the narrative. It’s evident that Kingdom promises a powerful story rich in emotion. Vijay Deverakonda, known for his commanding screen presence and emotional performances, once again leaves his mark.
Director Gowtam Tinnanuri has chosen a brilliant story for Kingdom and has brought it to life with cinematic flair. His trademark storytelling style—blending emotional highs with gripping drama—is visible throughout. Cinematographers Jomon T. John and Girish Gangadharan have captured each frame with stunning clarity and emotion. Editor Naveen Nooli’s sharp cuts elevate the trailer’s impact.
Music director Anirudh Ravichander, who already impressed with songs like “Hridayam Lopala” and “Anna Antene,” enhances every scene in the trailer with his powerful background score. With this trailer, expectations for Kingdom have doubled. Slated for a worldwide release on July 31, the film is widely expected to be a sensational hit across all sections of the audience.
