“Thimmarajupalli TV” Aims to Set Benchmark for Small Films – Kiran Abbavaram
Encouraging fresh talent in the industry, Kiran Abbavaram is backing the upcoming film “Thimmarajupalli TV” under his KA Productions banner, in association with Sumaira Studios. Teja Velpucharla is co-producing the project. The film marks the debut of Sai Tej and Veda Jalandhar as lead actors, while V. Muniraju steps in as director for the first time. Set in a rural backdrop, this period drama is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on the 17th of this month.
The film’s pre-release event was held on a grand scale in Hyderabad, with the entire team expressing confidence in the project and gratitude for the opportunity.
Actor Balaraju shared that the film has already brought him recognition and expressed hope that it will reach a wider audience after release. Sai Krishna spoke about his struggles in the industry, highlighting how Kiran Abbavaram’s support has given hope not just to him, but to many aspiring artists.
Anil described the film as a “time-travel journey” that audiences will enjoy on the big screen, while Lathish compared the film’s vibe to a family celebration, promising a lively and entertaining experience.
Costume designer Vishalya emphasized that “Thimmarajupalli TV” reflects the traditions and lifestyle of earlier times, offering Gen Z audiences a glimpse into a world they may not be familiar with. Actor Teja Vihan added an element of intrigue about his role, encouraging audiences to discover more in theatres.
Several actors including Satyanarayana, TV Raman, Chittibabu, and Pratap Reddy spoke about their personal journeys and the opportunity given by Kiran Abbavaram, praising his commitment to supporting newcomers. Actress Madhavi described the film as a refreshing summer entertainer.
From the technical team, cinematographer Akshay Ram Podishetty revealed that the film was shot in scenic locations around Kuppam, capturing its beauty on screen. Art director Sudheer Macharla expressed pride in the final output, noting the team’s year-long effort to bring the film to life.
Lyricist Sanare shared that the songs, especially “Gopala,” have already received a strong response, while the production and marketing teams reiterated their confidence in the film’s quality and audience appeal.
Director V. Muniraju spoke emotionally about his journey, expressing gratitude to Kiran Abbavaram for believing in him and bringing the film to release on such a grand scale. He assured audiences that the film will connect with them and promised a satisfying cinematic experience.

Hero Sai Tej shared his inspiring journey from working in online editing to landing a lead role, crediting Kiran Abbavaram and the team for believing in him. Heroine Veda Jalandhar noted that the film provided opportunities to nearly 60 newcomers and emphasized its emotional depth, stating that it will stay with audiences even after they leave the theatre.
