Ravi Teja’s ‘Irumudi’ Hits 50% Shoot Milestone
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Irumudi, which is progressing at a brisk pace. Directed by the talented Shiva Nirvana, the film is being mounted on a grand scale by the prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers. The makers have already heightened curiosity among audiences by unveiling the first-look posters of Ravi Teja and Priya Bhavani Shankar.
As per the latest update, the film has successfully completed 50% of its shoot. The team is presently filming high-octane action sequences in Hyderabad. Renowned stunt choreographers Anal Arasu and Real Satish are designing these sequences, promising never-seen-before action episodes that are set to thrill audiences.
While action forms a major highlight, Irumudi also carries a strong emotional core. Set against the backdrop of Lord Ayyappa and the Ayyappa Deeksha, the story is expected to beautifully portray family values and deep emotional bonds. The recently released posters and promotional content hint at a touching narrative, especially focusing on the father-daughter relationship. Director Shiva Nirvana is said to have crafted a compelling script that balances commercial elements with intense emotions.
Ravi Teja will be seen in a completely different role compared to his previous films. A recently released poster featuring him with child artist Baby Nakshatra offers a glimpse into the emotional depth of the story. In the poster, Ravi Teja appears in a vintage, rustic mass look, dressed in a checked shirt and lungi, walking alongside his daughter—suggesting heartwarming and emotional moments between the duo.
The film also features a strong supporting cast including Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira, and Swasika in key roles. Producers Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar are backing the project on a lavish scale. Music by GV Prakash Kumar is expected to be one of the major highlights of the film. Cinematography is handled by Vishnu Sharma, with Sahi Suresh as the production designer and Praveen Pudi as the editor. Shiva Nirvana has penned the story, screenplay, and dialogues, while Naresh Babu P serves as the script coordinator.
