Mumbai witnessed a spectacular celebration of anime culture as Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment India hosted a special fan screening of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle. The evening turned electric when Bollywood stars and self-confessed anime superfans Rashmika Mandanna and Tiger Shroff joined over 250 enthusiastic fans to experience one of the world’s most beloved anime franchises on the big screen.
Rashmika turned heads in a Demon Slayer-inspired outfit that paid homage to the sibling duo Tanjiro and Nezuko, while Tiger showcased his anime love in a Zenitsu-inspired jacket. Their energy and excitement set the tone for the event, with both stars engaging in fun conversations with fans.
Tiger revealed his favorite battle scene from the film, saying the Zenitsu vs. Kaigaku showdown was particularly impactful:
“Zenitsu was the only one who entered the castle calmly, without falling into it — that stood out for me.”
Rashmika, on the other hand, interacted with fans by asking about their favorite sequences. The crowd erupted in unison, cheering for the Akaza vs. Giyu and Tanjiro battle, a highlight that clearly left a mark on viewers.
