Following the immense success of the Pan India sensation Hanu-Man, producer K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainment is set to release a starkly different project titled Darling. Starring Priyadarshi and Nabha Natesh in the lead roles, the romantic comedy is presented by Smt Chaitanya and written and directed by Aswin Raam.
The film’s musical promotions have kicked off with the release of the first single, “Khalasay,” touted as the “Frustration Anthem.” Composed by Vivek Sagar, the peppy number is performed by Ram Miriyala, featuring Hanuman CH. Miriyala’s distinctive and engaging voice enhances the song’s fun and lighthearted vibe, perfectly capturing the everyday frustrations of a common man with a humorous twist. The lyrics, penned by Kasarla Syam, add to the comedic element, resonating with listeners who relate to the theme of maintaining composure in stressful situations.
The music video showcases Priyadarshi’s impressive dance skills, adding visual appeal to the catchy tune. The song has quickly become a hit, following in the footsteps of the film’s title glimpse, which also received an enthusiastic response.
In addition to the leads, Darling features an ensemble cast including Brahmanandam, Vishnu, Krishna Tej, and Ananya Nagalla, among other notable actors. The film boasts a team of skilled technicians: Naresh Ramadurai as the cinematographer, Hemanth as the dialogue writer, and Pradeep E Ragav of Love Today as the editor. Gandhi serves as the production designer, ensuring the film’s visual aesthetics align with its rom-com theme.
