How did Dude happen?
“After Premalu was released, the makers of Dude approached me. Later, I met director Keerthi for a narration. The way he presented the story impressed me immediately. The concept felt very fresh and engaging, something I hadn’t come across before.”
Tell us about your character in the film?
“My role in Dude is quite significant to the story. I play a character named Kural, which is completely different from anything I’ve done before. Kural is a very honest and emotionally grounded person. She’s kind to everyone around her and expresses her feelings openly. It was a beautiful experience to bring her to life on screen.”
What was the most challenging part of playing Kural?
“There are some highly emotional scenes in the movie that I found quite challenging. I practiced my dialogues overnight to get the emotions right. During the shoot, I made sure to stay focused on the scene without any anxiety. I always like to be well-prepared before going on set, so this role was both challenging and exciting for me.”
How was it working with Pradeep Ranganathan?
“Working with Pradeep was a wonderful experience. He’s extremely talented and multi-skilled. On set, he’s always very helpful and encouraging. His energy and clarity make everyone around him perform better.”

You also worked with senior actor Sarath Kumar.
“Yes! Acting alongside someone like Sarath Kumar sir was truly an honor. He’s such a respected artist and a great human being. I learned a lot just by observing him.”
What do you have to say about the director and music?
“Director Keerthi has crafted the film beautifully. The way he balanced emotion and fun is truly unique. Composer Sai Abhyankar’s music is another major highlight. The songs are soulful, and the background score enhances the overall feel of the film.”
How was your experience with Mythri Movie Makers?
“Working with Mythri Movie Makers was a great experience. They are very passionate producers who give their best to every project. The way they’ve mounted Dude is grand and visually rich. I’m confident that audiences everywhere will love it.”
