Patang Trailer Takes the Internet by Storm; Producers Call the Response “Unbelievable”
The upcoming film Patang, presented by the renowned Suresh Productions under the supervision of D. Suresh Babu, has already begun capturing hearts even before its release. Set against the vibrant and competitive world of kite flying, Patang is positioned as a youthful comedy sports drama that promises entertainment, emotion, and color.
The film is jointly produced by Cinematic Elements, Rishan Cinemas, and Monsoon Tales, with producers Vijay Shekhar Anne, Sampath Maka, Suresh Kothinti, and Nani Bandreddi backing the project. The film is helmed by director Praneeth Prathipati.
Patang features Instagram sensation Preethi Pagadala and Zee Sa Re Ga Ma Pa runner-up Pranav Kaushik in the lead roles, alongside Vamsi Pujith. Adding further strength to the cast are acclaimed filmmaker and actor Gautham Vasudev Menon and popular singer-actor S. P. Charan, who appear in significant roles. The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on December 25.
The recently released trailer has generated an overwhelming and unexpected response, according to the producers. Buoyed by the enthusiastic reception, the makers organized a celebratory event followed by a press meet to share their excitement.
Speaking at the event, Vamsi Pujith said,
“The feedback we received for the trailer has been fantastic. The positive energy you see in the trailer continues throughout the film. The kite competition sequences are designed at a world-class level. Patang is a colorful, youthful entertainer that will appeal to everyone.”
Lead actress Preethi Pagadala expressed her happiness, stating,
