Nuvvu Naaku Nachav Set for Grand 4K Re-Release on January 1, 2026

Twenty-four years ago, on September 6, 2001, magic unfolded on the Telugu silver screen with the release of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav. The film didn’t just entertain—it offered audiences a complete feast of laughter, emotion, and warmth. Even after countless repeat viewings, the charm of this evergreen classic remains untouched, proving its unmatched repeat value.

Now, as the New Year approaches, fans have a special reason to celebrate. Nuvvu Naaku Nachav is all set for a grand worldwide re-release in stunning 4K quality on January 1, 2026, complete with enhanced technical features. Interestingly, the film did not receive a full overseas release during its original run, and this global re-release aims to fill that long-standing gap.

Producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore was supremely confident about the film’s success right from the making stage. The movie introduced Victory Venkatesh in a refreshing new dimension, striking a perfect balance between comedy and emotion. Following the blockbuster success of Nuvve Kavali, the magical trio of director K. Vijaya Bhaskar and writer Trivikram Srinivas came together once again, crafting the film with immense passion and precision. By then, Trivikram had already earned the reputation of a “magician of words,” and even today, the dialogues from Nuvvu Naaku Nachav continue to resonate with audiences.

Adding to the film’s timeless appeal is Koti’s melodious music, beautifully complemented by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry and Bhuvana Chandra’s heartfelt lyrics, all of which remain evergreen. Though actress Aarti Agarwal is no longer with us, her performance in the film ensures she lives on forever in the hearts of movie lovers. The stellar supporting cast—including Prakash Raj, Suhasini, Brahmanandam, Sunil, Chandra Mohan, and M.S. Narayana—brought unforgettable characters to life, each contributing to the film’s enduring legacy.

Speaking about the re-release, producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore said,

Nuvvu Naaku Nachav, a milestone in the history of Telugu cinema, is now returning to theatres in 4K. This is not just a re-release. January 1, 2026, is the perfect way to begin the New Year—with laughter and family togetherness. Audiences have enjoyed this film across various platforms for nearly 25 years, and now they can experience it again on the big screen, to the fullest. The shoot lasted 87 days, and I remember every single day—where we shot, how we shot, and the love we shared as a team.*”
