Kapil Devil To Share Screen With Rajinikanth in Lal Salaam
Superstar Rajinikanth and Cricketer Kapil Dev, legends in their respective fields of cinema and cricket are going to treat their fans to an eye feast soon.
The duo will be seen in the upcoming film Lal Salaam directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth.
The announcement came from none other than the Superstar who called Kapil Dev legendary.
“It is my honour and privilege working with the Legendary, most respected and wonderful human being Kapildevji who made India proud by winning for the first time ever Cricket World Cup!!!,” Rajinikanth wrote on Twitter along with a picture of them from the sets of Lal Salaam.
Kapil Dev too made a similar post on Instagram calling Rajinikanth a great man. “An honour and privilege to be with the great man,” Kapil Dev wrote.
However, Rajinikanth will not be doing a full-time role in the film. His character Moideen Bhai, a Mumbai don is an extended cameo in the film starring Vishnu Vishal, Vikrant and Jeevitha. The film is bankrolled by Luca Productions.
