‘Jaiho Ramanuja’ Song Launched; Grand Worldwide Release on October 25
‘Jaiho Ramanuja’, the prestigious upcoming film starring and directed by Lion Dr. Sai Venkat, is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 25. Produced by Sai Prasanna and Pravallika under the Sudarshan Productions banner, the film features American actress Jo Sharma as the female lead, while Suman, Pravallika and others play key roles.
Based on the life and teachings of the revered social reformer and spiritual philosopher Sri Ramanujacharya, the film aims to highlight his message of equality, humanity and social harmony for the present generation.
‘Jaiho Ramanuja’ is set to release worldwide in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and Sanskrit. A grand song launch event was held in Hyderabad on Wednesday, with several prominent personalities and members of the film fraternity attending the occasion.

Producer and actress Pravallika said, “I consider it a great fortune to get the opportunity to produce ‘Jaiho Ramanuja’. Along with handling the production responsibilities, I have also played the roles of Lord Krishna, Narada and Raghunatha Swamy in the film.
Through this movie, we have tried to introduce the younger generation to the life and contribution of Ramanujacharya, who worked for an equal and inclusive society. The journey of making this film has taught me many valuable lessons, and I consider that experience a great honour.

Actor and director Lion Dr. Sai Venkat said, “Ramanujacharya was a great visionary who preached that there are no barriers of caste or religion and that all human beings are equal.
Several wonderful things happened in my life while making this film. I was able to donate Rs. 20 lakh to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), and I consider that a blessing of Ramanujacharya.
We wanted to promote the film extensively and release it on a grand scale. The release was slightly delayed because we wanted to ensure high quality in the post-production work.
During Ramanujacharya’s time, temple entry was largely restricted to certain sections of society. He questioned why others should be denied entry when all human beings are equal. He brought about a spiritual and social awakening and spread the ‘Om Namo Narayana’ mantra among people, emphasizing equality and devotion.
