“Fauzi”: Rebel Star Prabhas and Director Hanu Raghavapudi Join Forces for a Grand Pan-India Epic

Rebel Star Prabhas, creative filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi, and the prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers, in association with T-Series (Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar), have officially unveiled the title of their highly anticipated Pan-India collaboration — “Fauzi.”

After teasing audiences with a striking concept poster and an intriguing pre-look, the makers have now dropped the title reveal poster, and it’s nothing short of magnificent.

The title “Fauzi” itself exudes power and pride, perfectly symbolizing Prabhas’ portrayal of a soldier. The title design — bold, rugged, and stylized — captures the essence of bravery and valor. Set against the backdrop of colonial India in the 1940s, the poster depicts a burning British flag, evoking the spirit of rebellion and resistance. Flickering flames and cryptic Sanskrit verses add layers of mystique, while symbolic elements suggest deep mythological and historical connections, hinting at parallels with Karna from the Mahabharata — a warrior bound by fate and honor.

The Sanskrit verses woven into the design draw profound parallels:
He is like Partha (Arjuna), the one who conquered the Padmavyuha;
like Karna, yet standing on the side of the Pandavas;
and like Ekalavya, the self-taught warrior with unmatched valor.
He possesses the wisdom of a Brahmin and the righteous duty (Dharma) of a Kshatriya — a perfect blend that defines the soul of the protagonist.

The poster features Prabhas in a gripping close-up, radiating intensity and determination. His piercing eyes and sharp mustache reflect the spirit of a man who has seen war and carries its burden with dignity. The tagline, “A Battalion Who Walks Alone,” reinforces the idea of a lone warrior — a soldier who stands tall against all odds, fighting not just battles, but destiny itself.

With Hanu Raghavapudi’s signature storytelling style — an emotional core wrapped in visual grandeur — Fauzi promises to present Prabhas in a completely new, never-seen-before avatar.

The film features Imanvi as the leading lady, alongside a powerhouse ensemble cast including Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Jaya Prada, and Bhanu Chandar in pivotal roles.

Backed by top-tier production values, Fauzi is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers, with cinematography by Sudeep Chatterjee (ISC), music by Vishal Chandrasekhar, production design by Anil Vilas Jadhav, and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.

From its powerful title to the stunning first-look poster, Fauzi stands poised to redefine the scale of Indian cinema. With a stellar team, a patriotic soul, and a mythic undertone, the film is shaping up to be a landmark chapter in Prabhas’ illustrious journey.

Fauzi will release simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali, making it a truly Pan-India spectacle.
