Chiranjeevi Denies Meeting Film Federation, Condemns False Claims
Clarification on False Claims Regarding Film Federation Meetings and Wage Hike Assurances
It has come to my attention that certain individuals, claiming to be members of the Film Federation, are falsely spreading to the media that I have met them, assured them that their demands—such as a 30% wage hike—would be fulfilled, and promised to resume shooting soon.
I wish to clarify and strongly state that I have not met anyone from the Federation.
This is an industry-wide issue, and no single individual, including myself, can make unilateral promises to resolve it in any particular manner.
The Film Chamber is the highest governing body of the Telugu film industry, and only the Film Chamber, through collective discussions with all concerned stakeholders, can arrive at a fair and just resolution.
Until then, making such claims is unacceptable.
I strongly condemn these baseless and motivated statements intended to create confusion among all stakeholders.
