Children’s Day Celebrations at Film Nagar Cultural Center in Hyderabad
The Film Nagar Cultural Center (FNCC) in Hyderabad hosted a grand celebration for Children’s Day, attended by prominent figures and filled with vibrant activities. Esteemed guests at the event included actor Tarun and actress Nithya Shetty, who added star power to the occasion.
FNCC President K.S. Rama Rao, Vice President S.N. Reddy, Secretary Tummala Ranga Rao, Joint Secretary K. Sadasiva Reddy, and committee members Kaja Suryanarayana, N. Bhaskar Naidu, Edida Raja, J. Balaraju, V.V.G. Krishnamraju, Ch. Varaprasad Rao, Koganti Bhavani, Cultural Committee Chairman A. Gopal Rao, and Additional Chairman Suresh Kondeti were all present to support the celebrations.
The day was marked by the distribution of prizes to children who excelled in cultural and sports competitions.
FNCC President K.S. Rama Rao stated: “I am delighted that Children’s Day celebrations are being held at our Film Nagar Cultural Center. Many children enthusiastically participated in today’s event. We have been organizing various cultural programs at FNCC for many years. I encourage parents to bring their children here more often. My best wishes to the children who won in the sports competitions. Those who didn’t win should cultivate the spirit to succeed. We will organize the next Children’s Day on an even grander scale.”
Actor Tarun shared his thoughts, saying: “I am happy to be part of the Children’s Day event at the Film Nagar Cultural Center today. I have one message for the children: pursue whatever you love in life. Whether it’s sports or academics, strive to grow in what you enjoy. Embrace both victories and defeats with a positive attitude. Enjoy every moment of life.”
The event featured captivating performances under the direction of dance master Sairaj, with the children’s renditions of dances such as Maya Bazaar and the popular “Naatu Naatu” becoming special highlights. Vocal performances guided by Bilva Sound Labs’ Narasimha showcased talents from Padutha Theeyaga fame, including Sai Vedansh, Pradhanya, Rishi, Bhardwaj, Sahasra, and Yakshagana. A rope dance led by Bhimavaram Shekhar Raju captured the audience’s attention, while young Daksh Ram, dressed as Lord Shiva, stood out as a special attraction. Additionally, K.S. Rama Rao’s grandson, Kshathra Veera Kudaravalli, son of Vallabha and Soumya, performed a keerthana song, marking his first public performance.
The Children’s Day celebrations at FNCC were a memorable and lively event, showcasing young talent and fostering a sense of joy and community among attendees.
