Maadhav, son of actor Raghu and nephew of Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja, is all set to make his debut with Maremma, a rural action drama deeply rooted in emotion and folklore. The film also marks the directorial debut of Manchala Nagaraj and stands as the maiden venture of Moksha Arts, produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru.
After creating a strong buzz with its striking first-look poster and an intriguing teaser, the makers have now taken promotions a step forward by releasing the film’s first single, “Baava Baava.”
Composed by Prashanth R Vihari, the song beautifully blends native folk elements with contemporary musical textures. Its soothing and earthy composition instantly creates a pleasant vibe, making it an easy and memorable listen from the very first play. Written from the perspective of a maradalu, Kamal Eslavath’s lyrics express her innocent admiration for her bava with heartfelt simplicity and cultural authenticity.
Adding to its charm, singer Shruthi Ranjani’s raw and rustic vocals bring a natural depth to the track, perfectly capturing the essence of village life and emotions.
On screen, Maadhav and Deepa Balu share an endearing and effortless chemistry that enhances the emotional core of the song. Their natural performances, combined with picturesque rural visuals, make the song visually appealing and emotionally resonant.
The film boasts strong technical support, with cinematography by Prasanth Ankireddy, music by Prashanth R Vihari, editing by Dev Rathod, and production design by Rajkumar Murugesan.
With promising content and a rooted narrative, Maremma is shaping up to be an exciting debut venture. The makers are expected to announce the film’s release date soon.
