Another Promising Star Enters the Industry with “Junior”: Superstar Shiva Rajkumar at the Pre-Release Event
Kiriti Reddy, son of renowned businessman Gali Janardhan Reddy, is making his debut as a hero with the youth entertainer “Junior”, directed by Radha Krishna. Sreeleela plays the female lead, and the film is being produced by Rajani Korrapati under the prestigious banner of Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram. The songs from the film have already become chartbusters, and the teaser and trailer have received a tremendous response. Junior is slated for release on July 18.
To mark the occasion, the makers organized a grand pre-release event in Bengaluru, where Kannada Superstar Shiva Rajkumar graced the event as the chief guest.
Superstar Shiva Rajkumar said:
“Greetings to everyone. I’ve known Kiriti since he was a child. I’ve seen the teaser, trailer, and songs of Junior. Kiriti has danced wonderfully and performed very well. With Kiriti, another promising star is entering the industry. His dance gives the impression of a super senior. Sreeleela is also an excellent dancer, and their chemistry looks great on screen. Genelia is a good human being, and she played a beautiful role in this film. I’ve had a long-standing friendship with Ravichandran anna, who plays a terrific character in this film. The promotional content itself speaks volumes about director Radha Krishna’s craftsmanship. Devi Sri Prasad is a superstar of music.
When Janardhan Reddy garu mentioned the event, I immediately said I’d come. I consider this a family event. My blessings will always be with Kiriti. Wishing Kiriti, Sreeleela, and the entire team all the very best. I hope Junior, releasing on July 18, becomes a huge success.”
Gali Janardhan Reddy said:
“Greetings to everyone. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Shiva Rajkumar garu for attending this event and blessing the team. The scenes between Ravichandran garu and Kiriti in this film have turned out beautifully. It brings me great joy that an actress like Genelia, who has entertained audiences with many memorable roles, is part of this film. Her character will be loved across the country.
It’s Kiriti’s luck to have worked with cinematographer Senthil Kumar garu, who’s worked on epic films like Baahubali. Sai garu and I studied in the same school in Karnataka. With Vaaraahi banner, he has earned great respect across the country. It was a great blessing that he promised to launch Kiriti even when my son was very young.
I’ve known Sreeleela since her childhood, and now she’s earning fame across India. Kiriti had the good fortune of spending time with Puneeth Rajkumar garu during the filming of James. He has loved acting and dancing since childhood. He’s entering the industry with passion, and I hope he receives everyone’s blessings. This is a beautiful film—like a story from our own home. I request everyone to watch the movie and bless our team.”
Actor Ravichandran said:
“Greetings to everyone. This film is about a father’s dream. I’ve had a three-year journey with this project, and an emotional bond with the team. The father character I play is very special and close to my heart. The emotions shared between father and son in this movie will move everyone. I salute director Radha Krishna for writing such a wonderful story. Junior is an extraordinary film.
Senthil Kumar, Devi Sri Prasad, Genelia—everyone has brought great strength to this film. The core strength of this movie is ‘fathers and emotions.’ Kiriti has put in 100% effort. From start to finish, he behaved like a student—always learning. He lived in the character every moment. Let’s celebrate Junior in theaters from July 18!”
Hero Kiriti said:
“Greetings to all. My sincere thanks to Shivanna garu. He and Appu sir have always been an inspiration for me to enter the film industry. I will forever be indebted to producer Sai garu for launching me with such a great film.
Director Radha Krishna dedicated three full years to this project and supported me like a brother. I’m sure he’ll become a big director in the future. It was a great experience working with Genelia garu, who is returning to the screen after 13 years. I feel blessed to work with Ravichandran garu. I’ve learned so much from him and will never forget those days.
My father made a lot of sacrifices for me. It’s my fortune to be his son. Senthil garu presented me brilliantly and framed every shot beautifully. Visually, this film will offer audiences a fresh experience. Devi Sri Prasad’s music is the biggest asset. Sreeleela is an energetic co-star and worked on this film with great dedication. Junior will hit the screens on July 18. I request everyone to bless us with your love and make this film a big success.”
Heroine Sreeleela said:
“Greetings to all. This journey has been truly wonderful. Radha Krishna garu is a director with a clear vision. He narrated the story beautifully. Working with Ravichandran garu was a great experience, and I’m so happy I got to share screen space with Genelia garu. Producer Sai garu has been the strong pillar behind this film. I thank him for giving me this opportunity.
Having Shivanna garu at this event makes it even more special. Working with Kiriti has been a wonderful experience—he felt like a dance weapon in performance! The Viral Vayyari song became a hit thanks to Devi Sri Prasad garu, who composed an incredible album. The film is coming out on July 18, and I hope it touches everyone’s hearts. Please bless us all.”
Genelia said:
“Greetings to everyone. My last film in Kannada was with Shivakumar garu, which was very special to me. Now, I’m happy to return to the big screen with Junior. Kiriti doesn’t feel like a newcomer at all—his acting, performance, and dance are all impressive. Both Kiriti and Sreeleela don’t seem like debutants—they’re already on the next level.
Kiriti is a wonderful actor, and Sreeleela is a beautiful dancer. Producer Sai garu shaped this project excellently. Director Radha Krishna is wonderful, and I hope he makes many more great films. Devi Sri Prasad’s music is very special. Watch Junior in theaters on July 18—you’ll definitely enjoy it!”
