AMB Classic Victory to House the Only IMAX Screen in the Telugu States
Hyderabad is set to witness a landmark moment in cinema exhibition as AMB Cinemas announces the launch of the only IMAX screen in the Telugu-speaking states at its upcoming premium multiplex, AMB Classic Victory.
Renowned for redefining the movie-going experience in South India, AMB Cinemas—a successful collaboration between Superstar Mahesh Babu and the Asian Group led by Suniel Narang and Bharat Narang—has consistently introduced cutting-edge cinematic technologies to audiences. The brand previously made headlines by launching South India’s first Dolby Cinema and introducing one of Hyderabad’s earliest HDR by Barco screens, setting new standards for immersive entertainment.
Taking its commitment to innovation a step further, the Asian Group has now joined hands with Mahesh Babu, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Rana Daggubati to bring an IMAX screen to AMB Classic Victory, making it the only IMAX destination across the Telugu states.
What makes this project even more special is its location. The upcoming multiplex is being developed on the iconic grounds of the legendary Sudarshan 70mm Theatre, a venue deeply woven into the history of Telugu cinema and celebrated for hosting countless memorable theatrical milestones over the decades.

With AMB Classic Victory, the rich heritage of Sudarshan 70mm will seamlessly blend with state-of-the-art exhibition technology, creating a unique cinematic destination that honors the past while embracing the future.
Scheduled to open soon, AMB Classic Victory promises to elevate Hyderabad’s entertainment landscape, offering movie lovers an unmatched big-screen experience powered by IMAX and other world-class amenities.
