Dil Raju Lauds Fun Content of Anumanu Pakshi
The team of Anumanu Pakshi, starring Rag Mayur and directed by DJ Tillu fame Vimal Krishna, has officially kickstarted its musical promotions with the launch of the vibrant ‘Gulab Jam’ song. The film is produced by Rajiv Chilaka, Rajesh Jagtiani, and Hirachand Dand under Chilaka Productions, with Bharat Lakshmipati as co-producer.
The film had already generated strong buzz with its intriguing title and first look. Now, the makers have taken things a step further by unveiling the catchy ‘Gulab Jam’ track. Composed by Sricharan Pakala, the song stands out for its energetic tune and has been beautifully rendered by veteran singer Ramana Gogula. The quirky lyrics by Kittu Vissapragada have further elevated the track, making it an instant hit among listeners.
Renowned producer Dil Raju graced the launch event as the chief guest.
Dil Raju’s Speech
Speaking at the event, Dil Raju shared his excitement:
“Greetings to everyone. I really liked the content of Anumanu Pakshi. We had earlier planned to collaborate with director Vimal and even worked on a script, but it didn’t materialize. I’ve known Rajiv for a long time—his company is very strong in animation.
After DJ Tillu, Vimal has once again written a highly entertaining character. The concept is something we all relate to—everyone has doubts about something in their daily lives. That idea has been developed into this script beautifully.
I’ve seen parts of the film, and it’s thoroughly entertaining. The team is planning a May release, and I’m sure the film will do very well. I’ll watch it and speak more after that. Wishing the entire team great success.”

Rag Mayur expressed gratitude and excitement:
“Wishing everyone a happy Sri Rama Navami. I sincerely thank everyone who has supported me so far. ‘Gulab Jam’ is the first song of my career, and having it sung by Ramana Gogula garu is truly special.
When Sricharan first sang the tune, we felt Ramana Gogula would be perfect for it—and we were lucky he came on board. Watching him record the song gave us goosebumps. He has taken it to the next level.
Anumanu Pakshi is completely original with no external inspirations. Vimal has written a brilliant character-driven story, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it. This is my first full-fledged character-driven film.
We shot extensively in Kashmir, and this is the first film to be shot there after the Pahalgam incident. The choreography by Eshwar is fantastic. Working with Raashi again has been wonderful, and Marine has delivered a great performance. Ajay and Brahmaji also have strong roles.
Sricharan has composed excellent music, and the remaining songs will also be impressive.”
