Raai Laxmi’s Janata Bar Gears Up for a Worldwide Release on November 28
The women-centric drama Janata Bar, headlined by popular actress Raai Laxmi, is all set for a grand worldwide theatrical release on November 28. Directed by Ramana Mogili under the Rochi Movies banner and presented by Ashwarth Narayana, the film has completed its post-production and is ready for audiences.
Director-producer Ramana Mogili shared insights about the film’s powerful theme:
“This story is about a courageous woman who takes a stand against sexual harassment inflicted by high-ranking officials in the sports sector. These individuals misuse their authority against women who pursue sports as a career. Raai Laxmi’s character is exceptionally strong, and she has delivered an intense performance. While the film features all the necessary commercial elements, it also carries a significant social message aimed at creating awareness among women. Bollywood veteran Shakti Kapoor plays a very impactful role. We are confident that Janata Bar will resonate with audiences and emerge as a commercial success.”
The film boasts a strong ensemble cast, including Aman Preet Singh, Deeksha Panth, Shakti Kapoor, Anup Soni, Pradeep Rawat, and Suresh Bhupal. The soundtrack is composed by Rambabu Gosala, Kalyan Chakravarthy, and Srinivas Teja. Chittibabu handles cinematography, while Vinod Yajamanya scores the background music. The film is penned by writer Rajendra Bharadwaj.
