Chiranjeevi’s Viswambhara Glimpse Today, Grand Release in Summer 2026
As Megastar Chiranjeevi’s birthday (August 22) draws near, excitement among fans is reaching new heights. The most awaited project is his upcoming socio-fantasy spectacle “Viswambhara”, directed by Vassishta and produced on a grand scale by UV Creations’ Vikram, Vamsi, and Pramod.
To mark the occasion, Chiranjeevi released a special video message, sharing exciting updates about the film, along with a birthday surprise and the official release timeline.
In the video, Chiranjeevi addressed fans, saying:
“Many of you have been wondering why Viswambhara is taking time. The delay is completely justified because the entire second half of the film heavily relies on VFX and graphics. The director and producers want to deliver the best quality visuals possible. This effort to meet the highest standards is the reason for the wait, and I believe it’s worth it. We are taking the necessary time to ensure it leaves no room for criticism.”
Speaking about the story, he added:
“This is a beautiful, fairytale-like film that will entertain not just children but also the child within every adult. Just like you, I am also eagerly waiting for its release. As a special birthday treat, UV Creations will unveil a small glimpse on August 21 at 6:06 PM, which I’m sure will impress everyone.”
Finally, Chiranjeevi revealed the big announcement:

The film recently completed shooting, with the final schedule wrapping up on a mass dance number featuring Chiranjeevi and Mouni Roy. While Oscar-winner M.M. Keeravani is composing the main soundtrack, the energetic dance track has been composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.
The film stars Trisha Krishnan as the female lead, along with Ashika Ranganath and Kunal Kapoor in pivotal roles. Cinematography is handled by Chota K. Naidu, while A.S. Prakash serves as the art director.
